DeBary Plantation Community Association is a planned unit development with deed restrictions in a golf and country club setting. The community is affectionately referred to as "Homes of DeBary Country Club" as the homes surround the golf course and club house of DeBary Country Club. 

 

Our residents are a multi-cultural mix of retirees, seasonal residents and families both young and grown, for the most part living active lifestyles which include recreational and social activities that exist within its borders.
