Maintenance Committee

The Maintenance Committee is responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our community areas (known as common areas) to ensure our neighborhood has a cohesive appearance and functionality. This includes monitoring the condition of common areas and identifying whether repairs are needed.

The Committee members are involved in preventing damage, inspecting, assessing, repairing, and fixing these areas. Additionally, they may provide recommendations for trusted contractors and vendors to the Board for consideration who provide repairs on our common property or make recommendations for new features.

This Committee plays an important role in the well-being of a community. A well-maintained community increases residents’ satisfaction. It also increases the value of the properties in the Association.
